My Claim to Fame
My aim is to help as many people as possible to achieve their goals. These goals mostly include fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, injury rehab or simply feeling better about one’s self. I have been working in the fitness industry since 1994 as a personal trainer and a strength coach.

Since 2001 I was based exclusively at Les Mills World Of Fitness Auckland City Gym as a Personal Trainer and Team Trainer. At Les Mills I am in a unique position working with 80+ Personal Trainers, and I have gained an array of exercise and training philosophies.I have worked as a strength coach for several national champions and one world champion in a number of sports including rowing, martial arts, boxing, k1 kayak and competitive aerobics. In 2002 I gained a degree in Sports Exercise and Science at Auckland University after studying there fulltime for three years.

I am now based at DW Sports Fitness Gym Bristol. The gym has been recently renovated with state of the art new equipment, and non-members are welcome for personal training. I am a weight loss and toning expert with 17 Years experience working in gyms around the world. I have the knowledge to get you seeing and feeling results fast using my world class training systems. I also run outdoor Team training sessions at selected park around Bristol.
